4-Fruit Luscious Vegan Cream-of-Corn Soup

They said it couldn’t be done! Creamy, rich, and delicious! Best of all, perfect for the lazy vegan: 7 minute blender fresh soup!


1/2 cup corn (fresh if you’re raw vegan or cooked)

1/3rd stalk celery

1/2 yellow pepper

1/2 avocado

1 very ripe large banana

1 clove of garlic

Small piece of sweet onion or 1/8 cup

1/2-1 teaspoon pink salt

Blend with just enough hot water until it’s smooth. Then add hot water to the consistency you like.

Makes 2 creamy, rich, delicious servings in minutes. We encourage you to eat it warm and savor all those nutrients or heat it gently.
