CREAMY DELICIOUS ICE CREAM MADE WITHOUT DAIRY – 99% FRESH FRUIT – WE’RE NOT KIDDING!
If you are new to the wonderful world of frozen-fruit desserts, prepare to be amazed! Your kids won’t know the difference but their little bodies will!
- 3 bananas peeled, chopped, and frozen. (If you hate the taste of bananas, this dessert is for you.)
- 1/2 Tablespoon dark cocoa (less if you like a light chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (to desired consistency)
ONE STEP: For a chocolate milkshake, blend in a high speed blender like a 1500 watt Ninja, Vitamix, or Blendtec.
If you want it the consistency of ice cream, a food processor is recommended. Use just enough almond milk to get your machine going.
Don’t eye these ingredients and think it’s not possible, it’s delicious!
NOTE: Those who eat a lot of sugary foods, may add honey or agave syrup to give it a sweeter flavor, but for most people this recipe is sweet enough.
